The D.O.P. (protected designation of origin) buffalo mozzarella cheese from Campania is one of the most famous and tasty local products in the region, together with pizza, olive oil, and tomatoes. During your visit to the farm, you will see how the mozzarella is made and be able to sample it, learn how the buffalo are raised, and discover how chocolate, yogurt, and ricotta cheese are also made out of the milk. After this experience, our tour continues to the ancient Greek city of Paestum, inhabited since prehistoric times, to visit the Temples of Hera and Athena and the site's museum.
